Couldn't load pickup availability
The candle I smelled that made me purchase mine was strong. Mine is not. Plus it’s not biting nicely. It’s burning more on one side than the other.

Reviewing the photo you provided, it appears what is referred to as 'tunneling' has happened. Tunneling can happen with 100% soy wax candles for the following reasons:
1. Wax has a memory. If the first time you light a candle you don't let it burn long enough for the melt pool to reach the edges, the candle will forever 'remember' that smaller circle and continue to burn only within it.
2. Consistently extinguishing a candle before the entire top layer has melted causes the tunnel to deepen.
3. Air currents can cause the flame to flicker or lean, leading to an uneven melt pool.
