Return Policy

Your satisfaction is our goal. If for any reason you're not satisfied, we have a straightforward return and refund policy to set things right.

Simple Returns in 3 Steps

  1. Get in Touch: Contact us at info@zaffiriusa.com within 15 days of receiving your purchase. Our team will get back to you with further guidance.
  2. Package It Properly: Ensure the product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.  
  3. Ship It Back: Upon accepting your return request, we'll send you a return shipping label and detailed instructions within 3 working days. Items sent back without first contacting us will not be accepted.

The Fine Print

Timeframe

Our returns and refunds are valid for 15 days from the date of delivery. Regrettably, we can't accept any returns beyond this timeframe.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your items immediately upon delivery. If you find any defects, damages, or if you've received the wrong item, get in touch with us within 24 hours. We'll evaluate the issue and work swiftly to make it right.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you via email. If the refund is approved, you'll be automatically reimbursed on your original payment method within 24 hours of receipt. Keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t seen your refund yet, please double-check your bank account, then contact your credit card company. Remember, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Still don’t see it? Contact us at info@zaffiriusa.com.

Sale Items

While we wish we could, unfortunately, we can't refund sale items. Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Gifts

Received a gift? Lucky you! If the item was marked as a gift and sent directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit. Otherwise, we'll issue a refund to the gift giver.

Shipping Your Return

To make a return, mail your product to our St. Charles, Illinois location. You’ll be responsible for the return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from it.

For higher-value items ($75 and up), consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing insurance, as we can't guarantee receipt of your returned item.
