Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy applies to all the products purchased on ZAFFIRIUSA.COM.

ZAFFIRI is committed to delivering the product in perfect condition at the address indicated by the customers on the checkout page.

In order to optimize delivery, we thank the customers for indicating an address in which the order can be delivered within normal business hours.

For security reasons, ZAFFIRI will not send any order to post office boxes or military bases, nor will it accept any order when it is not possible to identify the recipient of the order and its address.

Customer Pays Shipping Cost for orders up to $74.99

Free shipping on all orders at and above $75.00

Shipment Tracking

ZAFFIRI will provide tracking numbers once they are available and the shipment has been made. Once the order is shipped, a notification will be sent to the email address you provided at the time of purchase. It will contain a tracking number so that you can trace your order to your door.

Shipment Delays

ZAFFIRI is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery, due to natural or uncontrollable events. Additionally, ZAFFIRI is not responsible for delays related to the courier itself. Unfortunately, we do not have control over these delays. Transit time does not include Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays.
