Why do you use glass containers?
We use black glass to package our colognes for two main reasons.
The first is because glass is the best vessel for a product you are applying to your body. Do you really want plastic residue leaching into your cologne? Neither do we!
The second reason we use black glass is to prevent sunlight from altering the quality and scent. For example, men who keep ZAFFIRI Cologne Rollerballs in their vehicles won't need to worry about compromising their signature scent.
Can't glass containers break?
Sure, if you drop it hard enough it probably will. We suggest not doing that!
Why is the bottle sometimes oily on the outside, under or over the protective plastic wrap?
ZAFFIRI believes in the value of our customers and their money! Ever been to a coffee shop and ordered a fancy coffee drink only to be handed a to-go cup that feels suspiciously light for the size of the cup and what you paid? That's ridiculously annoying to us too!
When we bottle our cologne rollerballs, we fill them to the very top, which sometimes results in overfilling. We do our best to wipe down each bottle prior to labeling and applying the protective plastic wrap. We bottle by hand, not machine, so spillage is a reality.
Be happy we don't skimp on filling and know you got a FULL bottle, but if the possible residue on the outside of the bottle is an issue for you, wiping it with a rag or paper towel and rubbing alcohol will easily remove the residue.
What if my skin is strange and ZAFFIRI Cologne Rollerballs cause irritation?
